Going forward now on Life's journey, I find myself at a place to exit. I'm leaving the road I was on and going to another destination of Life. Retirement has come and gone and I'm now ready to expand my view and see what God has waiting for me at the Home of God's Love Orphanage. Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans of peace and not evil, to give you a future and a hope." God has certainly opened my heart and has given me a dream to serve Him in Taiwan.

Leaving my family, my Church family and my friends is bitter-sweet. All of you have given me such encouragement and good wishes; yet at the same time it is hard to leave you behind. My prayer is that God will bless each of you just as I have been blessed by all of you. The sweet part is serving the Lord serving those at the Orphanage. The Lord's desire for me far exceeds any expectation I could have had on my own. Ephesians 3:20 "Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory".

I am humbled and thankful God has given me this opportunity to serve Him and to share my journey with you.

  1. Diana, Have a wonderful and safe trip!!!! Sorry we didn't get together but please know you are in my heart, and continually in my prayers. I'm excited to see how God blesses you through your service to those little ones. Please tell everyone there Hi for me and that I think of them often. I loved the time there and helping out, eventhough the time there was short. Please keep me posted so I know how to pray and so I can imagine I am there with you. I will keep you posted as well on updates here. Jenny should have her baby within the next week or so. So far everything is going well. Thanks also for including the picture of your wonderful family. God Bless You My Friend. I love you. Diane

  4. Diana I can just imagine your first morning there at the Home of God's Love. With all the excitement, eating breakfast with the kids, changing diapers with the crying babies & feeding them. I know it will take a few days to adjust, but just shortly you will feel that you've been there a long time. May God place His hand of love & mercy on you & all there. Thinking of you in our prayers.
