The days here are hot. We've had a lot of rain this week because of the typhoon that was in the Philippines, just south of here. The rain, tho, has actually cooled us off somewhat. The skies and landscape are beautiful to my eyes. Yesterday Baby Ruth and I were swinging in the gazebo, talking and laughing with each other. I looked up into the sky to see the huge, white, bellowing clouds and said to Ruth, "God couldn't make it any better than right at this moment. Baby Ruth agreed with me and we kept swinging.
