THE JOY OF THE LORD REVEALED

My brotherJim is facing a hard time in his life yet he has such joy that comes only from his relationship with Jesus. As he praises God for all things, God's power is revealed giving my brother strength and joy to endure.

2 Corinthians 4:7 shows the greatness of God's power being poured into a fragile, cracked container; you and me. God's glory is not revealed IN SPITE of our brokenness but rather THROUGH our brokenness. Our cracked jars will leak water so will the power of God leak out from our hardships of life.

See how God may be more fully revealed to you and others through your hardships. Bring your brokenness to the foot of the cross. There you will find the One who cares and can turn your life into something joyously unexpected.

Let your joy be the witness of God's lovingkindness. Psalm 95 "O come, let us sing for joy to the Lord, Let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving, Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the Lord is a great God".
